Order Online is changing

For Feature Network Changes (FNC) and other product requests, you can now submit a support enquiry on Telstra Connect. Go to:

Telstra Connect > Create > Support enquiry > Making a change to a product > Redirecting or modifying a product

If you don't have access to Telstra Connect, you can:

  • Contact your Telstra Partner
  • Use existing email or phone options.
